Cilantro
Cilantro is one of three things: Chinese parsley, the Mexican version of coriander, or cilantro. These three terms
all point to the same spice. Cilantro often "grows up" to be coriander, but they don't have quite the same flavors.
Its flavor is distinctive, and is a taste where you either love it or hate it. Its flavor is quite popular in Mexican,
Chinese, Indian, Egyptian, and Mediterranean cooking.
