Avocado and Cilantro Soup

About this Recipe:

This is a fresh and delicious soup which doesn't make more than 15 min to prepare.


Main Ingredients:

Chicken Broth: 2 cups
Avocado: 1 ripe
Fresh Cilantro: 2 tbsp, chopped
Sour Cream: 150 ml
Salt
Pepper


Directions:

1. Heat the chicken broth.

2. Chop the avocado flesh coarsely.

3. Stir the chopped avocado, sour cream and chopped cilantro into the hot chicken broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Bring the soup to boil and cook it for 1-2 min.

5. Let the soup cool for a while then process it in a food processor until smooth.
