Fava Bean: 2 cups, peeled
Dill: 1 cup chopped fresh (or 3/4 cup dried, soaked in water for half an hour)
Eggs: 4
Onion: 1 small, diced
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Salt
Directions:
1. Saute onion till golden.
2. Cook fava beans with water in a pan till softens.
3. Add dill and garlic to the pan and stir occasionally for 10 min.
