Fava Bean: 2 cups, peeled
Dill: 1 cup chopped fresh (or 3/4 cup dried, soaked in water for half an hour)
Eggs: 4
Onion: 1 small, diced
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Salt
Directions:
1. Saute onion till golden.
2. Cook fava beans with water in a pan till softens.
3. Add dill and garlic to the pan and stir occasionally for 10 min.
Hellosorry dear the Baghli ghatogh recipe is not correct.it nvere ever has onion as Ingredient. it is kind of stew in north of Iran always serve with rice.The recipe you have thought us is Baghala Vavij and it is different. it can be serve with bread.and try to use the persian name & avoid to translated the name as Indian,Japaniees,Turkish, & ... does.Good luckAzin from Rasht
