Main Ingredients:
Salmon: 2 fillets
Cornmeal: 3 tbsp
Paprika: 1 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Salt
Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Capers: 1 tbsp
Dill: 1 tsp
Lime: 1
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Blend all sauce ingredients together.
2. Coat salmons with cornmeal, paprika and salt.
3. Cook salmons on medium heat for 10 min.
4. Serve salmons with the sauce.
