Sara: Grilling your sandwich is a great way for transforming your normal every day sandwich into something special. Panini or grilled sandwiches are very easy and quick to make. When you are making your sandwich, the only limit is your imagination! I have not given measurements for this recipe, add all listed ingredients in quantities of your choice.
Start by grilling the chicken.
Layer your sandwich. Grill and enjoy.
Sliced roasted or grilled Chicken Breast
Mixed Organic greens
Two slices of any crusty bread or Panini bread
Salt and Pepper
1.Preheat your grill or Cast Iron pan over medium heat for 5minutes.
2. Spread mustard onto each cut side of bread.
3. Layer one cut side of bread with chicken, cheese, avocado, tomato and organic leaves. Cover each with one of the remaining pieces of bread. (Try to place the organic leaved in the middle of the sandwich so the would stay fresh)
4. Press the sandwiches firmly together. Brush both sides of each sandwich with olive oil then grill until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted for about 5 to 10 min.
