Main Ingredients:
Celery: 1 cup, chopped
Diced Beef: 150 grams
Dried Mint: 1 tbsp
Onion: 1 small
Tomato Paste: 2 tbsp
Rice: 1.5 cups
Oil: 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Saute sliced onion with oil until golden.
2. Add beef to half of the onion and fry until sealed golden brown.
3. Add some water and let the beef cook completely for 30 min.
4. In a separate pan, stir fry celery with other half of the onion.
5. Into the pan add cooked beef and its broth.
6. Add tomato paste, dried mint, salt and pepper and let it cook for 10 min.
7. Serve it with cooked rice.
