Beef and Potato Frittata
About this Recipe: Tilla : This is a simple and delicious dish which can be served for both lunch and breakfast. You can also serve it with salad or soup.
Main Ingredients:
Ground Beef: 250 gram (or 1/2 lb)
Potatoes: 2 medium, grated
Onion: 1 small, grated
Eggs: 4, beaten
Oil: 3 tbsp
Cinnamon: 1 tsp
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Saute beef and onion with 1 tbsp oil for 5 min.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan.
3. Mix all ingredients with beef and onion and season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Pour into the heated pan.
4. Place the lid and cook on medium-low heat for 20 min or till the bottom surface turns golden brown.
5. Cut it into 4 pieces radially and turn over them.
6. Cook for another 20 min or till the other surface turns golden-brown as well.

Excellent Dish Just not very good when your in a hurry LOL!! Farnaz You add the egg when you it says to add all the ingredients to the beef and onion mix
