Navid: It is customary to eat watermelon in Yalda night, the longest night of the year. These small delicious watermelon spoons can be served either alone or along with some bread.

Main Ingredients:
Watermelon: 1/2 seedless
Feta Cheese
Mint
Directions:
1. Peel the watermelon and cut into slabs.
2. Cut slabs into cubes.
3. Use a spoon to scoop out a hole in each cube deep enough to stuff the cheese in it.
4. Fill each watermelon spoon with feta cheese and garnish with mint.
