About this Recipe:

This is the easiest tuna salad recipe you can find. It is also delicious and healthy. You can replace fresh herbs with other herbs such as dill or basil as well.


Main Ingredients:

Tuna: 1 can (190 grams), drained
White bean: 1 can (540 ml), drained
Pickles: 1/2 cup, chopped
Fresh parsley: 1-2 tbsp, chopped
Fresh mint: 1 tbsp; chopped
Onion Spring: 1-2 tbsp, chopped
Red bell pepper: 1/4 cup, chopped
Fresh lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Salt and pepper


Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

2. Taste and adjust the seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil.
