Main Ingredients:
Corns: 2 Mushrooms: 100 grams/14 small
Sauce Ingredients:
Butter: 1 tbsp Limes: 2 small Ranch Sauce: 1 tbsp Oregano: 1 tbsp chopped fresh Salt Pepper
Directions:
1. Cook corns in boiling water.
2. Saute mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden.
3. Scrape the corn kernels by using a sharp kitchen knife and a cutting board.
4. Add corn kernels to saute mushrooms and blend with all sauce ingredients.
