Oven Roasted Nugget Potatoes and Yams

About this Recipe:

This is a great side dish which is also easy and quick to prepare. These roasted potatoes are packed with flavour, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. This side dish can be enjoyed along side main courses such as roasted chicken, roast beef.

Main Ingredients:

Nugget Potatoes: 8
Yam: 4 large
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 3 cloves sliced
Fresh Rosemary: 1 tbsp chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Peel and cut the potatoes and yams into cubes. (Peeling is optional!)

3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated.

4. Place potatoes in a single layer on a roasting pan or baking sheet.

5. Roast for 30-40 minutes in the oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
