About this Recipe:
Tilla: This is a simple, delicious and extremely quick dish to make. It can be served as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course on its own.

Main Ingredients:
Potato: 1 large, finely grated Eggs: 2, beaten Turmeric: 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil: 2-3 tbsp Salt Pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
3. Scoop the batter and pour into the heated frying pan. Spread the batter using the back of your spoon.
4. Fry about 2 min on each side or till golden brown.
