Navid: These crisp, delicious and buttery French cookies are very easy to make if you can find puff pastry in your local supermarket.
Just sprinkle some sugar and roll the puff pastry. After baking in the oven, they become crispy and golden.

Main Ingredients:
Puff Pastry: 1 Sheet (10x10 in)
Sugar: 1/4 - 1/2 cup
Directions:
1. Sprinkle half of the sugar over a clean surface.
2. Place the pastry on the surface.
3. Sprinkle the remaining of the sugar on the pastry.
4. Using your fingers, roll one long side of the pastry to the middle.
5. Roll the opposite side to the middle as well.
6. Using a cutter, cut centimeter thick slices.
7. Cover them and keep in the fridge for about 15 min.
8. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 F.
9. Remove palmiers from the fridge and transfer them to a baking sheet.
10. Press them down a little bit.
11. Bake in the oven for about 20 min or until golden.
12. Flip them once during the baking so both sides get a chance to become golden.
13. Transfer them to a rack to cool down.
