About this Recipe:
Navid: Chicken Francaise is a very easy and delicious dish. Chicken is dipped in egg and flour, then pan fried. It is then served with a light butter and lemon sauce.

Main Ingredients:
Chicken breast halves: 4 boneless skinless Egg: 1, beaten Lemon: juice of 1 medium Flour: 1 cup Paprika: 1 tsp Butter: 1 tbsp Olive oil: 1 tbsp Chicken broth: 1.5 cup Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped Salt
Directions:
1. Add half of the lemon juice to the beaten egg.
2. In another bowl mix flour and paprika.
3. Coat chicken breasts with flour, then dip into the egg mixture. Dip again in the flour.
4. Fry chicken breasts in butter and olive oil until golden on each side, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Add chicken broth and the rest of the lemon juice to the pan . Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Do not over cook them.
6. Add chopped parsley before removing from heat. Season with salt if necessary.
