Main Ingredients:
Pasta: 1 cup cooked (penne) Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp Parmesan or asiago cheese: 1-2 tbsp Broccoli: 1/4 cup, boiled or steamed Salt Pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with some salt.
2. Drain it, add olive oil, toss it.
3. Add the cooked broccoli and cheese, toss again. Season and enjoy!
