Bahar: There are many ways of transforming a plain yogurt into a tasty and aromatic side dish or dip. In Iran, it is very usual to add dried mint to yogurt and serve it as a side dish. This recipe is one of many variations of this simple, delicious yogurt side dish.

Main Ingredients:
Yogurt: 3 cups Dried mint: 2 tbsp Garlic: 3 cloves, peeled and thinly diced (equivalently use 1tsp of garlic powder) Pepper: 1/4 tsp (or to taste) Salt: 1/4 tsp (or to taste) Dried mint: 1 tsp (to decorate) Dried rose pedals: 1 tsp (to decorate)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, 2 tbsp dried mint, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Chill until serving. Decorate with dried mint and dried rose pedals. You can also mix some of the dried rose pedals into the yogurt.
