White Bean and Red Onion Salad

About this Recipe:

This is a healthy and easy salad recipe. For this recipe, instead of lemon juice, you can also use vinegar.


Main Ingredients:

White beans: 1 can
Red onion: 1/2, medium or small
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp
Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt
Pepper


Directions:

1. Wash and drain white beans.

2. Chop the onion into thin slices.

3. Combine all ingredients, and mix thoroughly.

4. Taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
