Vegetable Salsa Dip

About this Recipe:

This healthy dip is very refreshing and appetizing. it could easily become a very popular dish in your gatherings and parties so make sure you make enough for refills.


Main Ingredients:

Plum tomatoes: 4-5 medium
Avocados: 2
Bell peppers: 1/2 cup, chopped
Whole kernel corn: 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
Lime juice: 1/4 cup
Hot sauce: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Peel the tomatoes and dice them into small pieces.

2. Make sure the avocados are ripe. finely chop them as well.

3. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the avocado.

4. Add salt and pepper to achieve the desired taste.

5. Add the avocado before serving.

7. Serve it with tortilla chips.



Note: for extra hot dip add more hot souse or even a chopped jalapeno pepper. Also try using freshly cooked corn for enhanced taste .
