Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella Salad

About this Recipe:

A perfectly simple, delicious and fresh salad. You can use all kind of tomatoes or even a variety if you are looking for more colors. Try using fresh buffalo mozzarella, if you can.


Main Ingredients:

Fresh Baby mozzarella: 1 Package about 450g
Cherry Tomatoes: 2 Cups halved
Fresh Basil: 3 tbsp sliced
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Balsamic Vinegar: 1/4 cup
Garlic: 1 clove minced *optional
Salt and Pepper


Directions:

1. To make the dressing, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic salad and pepper.

2. Pour the dressing over baby mozzarella and marinate for at least half an hour

3. Add tomatoes and basil before serving.
