About this Recipe:

This is a sweet and sour sauce which is great for any pizza. Just spread it over the pizza dough and add your favorite toppings.


Main Ingredients:

Crushed Tomato : 1 can
Garlic: 1 clove
Vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

1. Place a saucepan on medium heat.

2. Pour the whole crushed tomato into the pan.

3. Dice the clove of garlic and add to the pan.

4. Stir in vinegar and sugar and continue cooking for 10-15 min.

5. Season with salt and pepper while reducing the sauce.
