About this Recipe:

Tapenade is a popular dish in France and Its main ingredients are olive and caper. Other popular ingredients are anchovy and also various herbs. This recipe is for a citrus tapenade. Try this tapenade with gourmet breads such as baguette or ciabatta.


Main Ingredients:

Baguette: 1, sliced
Garlic: 1 clove, sliced
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Black olive: 1 cup, pitted
Capers: 1 tbsp
Sweet basil: 1-2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp


Directions:

1- Grill baguette slices in 450 F oven for 1 min on each side or till crisp.

2. Drizzle some olive oil over bread slices.

3. Puree the rest of the ingredients together using a blender or food processor. Add more olive oil if needed.

4. Spread the puree on the bread slices and serve.
