Main Ingredients:
Eggs: 6 Swiss cheese: 1 cup low-fat shredded Fresh spinach: 1 cup finely chopped Milk: 1 cup White pepper
Directions:
1. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with canola oil and break the eggs into it one at a time. Season with pepper.
2. Sprinkle with spinach and then cheese, then pour milk over the top till it barely covers the eggs and cheese.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 F till set.
