Strawberry Sorbet

About this Recipe:

This is a very healthy and delicious dessert. You can use orange juice instead of water for this recipe. You can also add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to the sorbet.


Main Ingredients:

Frozen strawberries: 1.5 cup
Water: 1 cup (or replace it with orange juice)
Sugar: 1-2 tbsp


Directions:

1. Place frozen strawberries and sugar in a blender. Add water and process for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more water if needed.

2. Pour the sorbet into chilled glasses and serve.
