Navid: This is a very simple dish with a combination of orange and soy sauce flavors. Serving the chicken on a mashed potato bed makes this a delicious dish. Pour the cooked marinate juice around the dish and sprinkle over with some ground pepper before serving.
Main Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts: 2 skinless fillets
Orange: 1 medium
Dark Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
Olive Oil: 1/2 tbsp
Pepper
2. Mix juice of the orange, soy sauce, olive oil and pepper and pour the mixture into a sealable bag with chickens. Seal and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 400 F and bake chickens in the marinate juice for 20 min. Turn the chickens over and cook for another 10 min.
4. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water for 30-40 min or until done (check them with a fork).
5. Mash hot potatoes and melt butter with them. Add olive oil, milk, chopped chive and cream cheese. Use a spoon to beat the mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lemon should work fine. You might want to reduce the amount of lemon juice though.

Hello, I wanted to make this for 11 people so I was wondering if I could use orange juice from a carton instead of fresh squeezed orange to make it a bit easier.. would it taste just as good?

Try to use orange juice which is not from concentrate like Tropicana. It might taste a bit sweeter than squeezed orange juice but I think it would still be delicious.
