Main Ingredients:
Eggs: 8
Portobello Mushrooms: 4
Cherry Tomatoes: 4 stems
Smoked Salmon: 100 grams
Cream: 1/2 cup
Butter: 3 tbsp
Toasts: 4
Chive: 1 tbsp fresh chopped
Capers: 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Into a medium skillet, add eggs and butter.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs just begin to set.
3. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook tomatoes and mushrooms with olive oil and salt.
4. Add cream to the eggs and continue stirring until set.
5. Add chive, salt and pepper to scrambled eggs.
6. Place a toast in a plate with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and capers on top of it.
7. Place a tomato stem and mushroom beside the toast and serve.
