Sara: A tasty sandwich for lunch or as a light dinner which can even be made from leftover meat. Roast beef goes well with the blue cheese sauce but you can try it with any of your favorite dressing too. You can also use ciabatta bread for this recipe as well.

Main Ingredients:
Cooked Roast: 200g Whole Wheat Pita Bread: 2 Tomatoes: 1 medium Red Onion: 1/2 medium Cucumber Alfalfa Sprouts Blue Cheese Sauce: 2 Tbsp Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash and slice the vegetables.
2. Cut the roast in to small pieces.
3. Warm the pita breads for 20 seconds.
4. Assemble the vegetables on the pita bread, add the roast pieces, alfalfa sprouts and pour the sauce. Enjoy
