This is what I did. Used honey and not sugar. Kiwi sounds like a good touch

Super easy to make. Good flavor, and the kiwi is a must. Serve in very small portions, as it is a little heavy. Next time, I'll try blending the mixture to smooth out the grittiness of the ricotta a little more. Also, I might throw it in the freezer for twenty minutes before serving just to firm it up a bit. Otherwise, nice, cool summertime desert.
