Ricotta cheese: 2 cups (1 lb) Coffee or espresso: 1/4 cup Sugar: 1/3 cup Kiwi: 1, diced
Directions:
1. Mash the ricotta in a bowl until soft.
2. Add sugar and coffee and mix well. Taste and adjust the sugar if necessary.
