About this Recipe:

Great way to start the morning using many of our basic nutrients required in daily living.


Main Ingredients:

Yogurt : 1 cup
Orange Juice (non sweetened): 1 cup
Almond Tofu : 1/2 cup
Fiber: 2 tbsp (flaxseed,granola or oat meal)
Frozen or Fresh Fruit : 2 cups


Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
