Plain Yogurt


Plain Yogurt

Main Ingredients:

Milk: 1 liter
Cream: 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 2 tbsp


Directions:

1. Warm milk to 50 C/125 F.

2. Stir occasionally.

3. Pour warm milk into a container and blend in yogurt and cream.

4. Set aside for 24 hrs in a warm place until set.
