Navid: Homemade pancakes are both easy and healthy. Enjoy your pancakes with maple syrup or golden syrup. You can also add fresh fruits such as blueberry or strawberry to your dish.
Flour: 1.5 cup Backing powder: 1 tbsp Sugar: 1 tbsp Salt: 0.5 tsp Milk: 1.5 cup Egg: 1 Butter: 1-2 tbsp, at room temperature
1. Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
2. Mix them with egg, butter and milk. Process with a blender until smooth.
3. Heat a lightly buttered non-stick skillet. Pour about 1/4 cup pancake mixture into it. Cook for 3 minute on medium-high heat or until bubbles start to burst the pancake surface. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes or until brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
