Lida: Orzo is a rice shaped pasta which is used frequently in Greek and Turkish cooking. This is a fairly easy and healthy Turkish orzo soup recipe.

Main Ingredients:
Chicken broth: 4 cups
Onion: 1, grated
Orzo: 3 tbsp
Carrot: 1, diced
Potato: 1, diced
Fresh Parsley: 1/2 cup, chopped
Garlic: 1 clove, minced
Salt and pepper: to taste
Fresh lemon juice: (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring the chicken broth to boil.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrot and orzo. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook 3-5 minutes then add potatoes.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until all cooked.
5. Add chopped parsley and lemon juice before serving.
