Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. Dashi stock, used in this recipe, is a basic ingredient in Japanese cooking.

Main Ingredients:
Miso paste: 4 tbsp (preferably red)
Dashi stock: 4 cups
Tofu: 4 ounces (100 grams)
Green onion: 2, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Pat dry the tofu and cut into cubes.
2. Bring dashi stock to a boil. Whisk in miso paste until smooth.
3. Stir in green onions.
4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
