About this Recipe: Navid : You can either cook these beef patties in a frying pan or on the grill. Serve them on buns with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. You can also try roasted tomatoes in your hamburger.
Main Ingredients:
Ground beef: 1 lb (0.5 kg)
Onion: 1 medium, grated and drained
Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt: 1 tsp
Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
Directions:
1. Mix together beef, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Divide and form into 4 patties.
2. Cover and leave them in the fridge over night.
3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Alternatively you can grill the patties.
4. Cook hamburgers for about 5 min on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 170 F (75 C).
