English Muffin Pizza

About this Recipe:

It's just a cute idea for lunch that I got from a website awhile back. Super easy and yummy!


Main Ingredients:

English muffins: 6, evenly split
Garlic or regular Alfredo sauce: 1 cup
Fresh chopped basil: 1 tbsp
Olives: 1 can (optional)
Tomato: 1 small, diced
Cooked chicken chunks: 6 to 8 ounces (200 grams)
Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 to 1 1/2 cups


Directions:

1. Heat oven 375F.

2. Foil up a pan. Place the English muffins (already halved) onto the pan.

3. Spread Alfredo sauce first, add basil and other ingredients afterward and top the pizzas with mozzarella.

4. Bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted. Violaaaa!
