About this Recipe:
In this recipe, you can use a combination of shrimp and crab or replace them with lobster.

Main Ingredients:
Onion: 1-2 tbsp, finely chopped Butter: 2-3 tbsp Flour: 2 tbsp Chicken broth: 2 cups Fat-free half-and-half: 2 cups (or replace with milk) Dungeness crab meat: 1 lb, thawed Salt and pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter for couple of minutes or until soft.
2. Add flour. Stir and cook for 1 more minutes.
3. Add chicken broth and half-and-half. Cook for 5 more minutes on medium heat.
4. Add crab meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
