This is a healthy and energy booster drink.


Main Ingredients:

Date: 3-6, pitted (add more if you prefer it sweeter)
Milk: 4 cups
Cinnamon: 1/4 tsp

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour the drink into glasses and serve.
