Main Ingredients:
Bittersweet or semisweet chocolate: 8 oz, chopped
Water: 5 tbsp
Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp, room temperature
Sour cream: 1 tbsp, room temperature
Egg: 5, separated
Salt: a dash
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate with water, directly on low heat, stirring until smooth and shiny.
2. Remove from heat and stir in butter and sour cream until melted.
3. Stir in egg yolks, one at a time, mixing gently and slowly.
4. Whip egg whites with salt to soft peaks, adding sugar once whites become foamy.
5. Fold into chocolate mixture in thirds. Pour into a serving dish or individual cups.
6. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
