About this Recipe:

Instead of using mayonnaise in the coleslaw salad sauce, you can use good quality yogurt. It is healthier and more delicious.


Main Ingredients:

Shredded coleslaw mix: 5 cups (cabbage, carrot, red cabbage)
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Sour cream: 2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

1. Mix thoroughly all sauce ingredients.

2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

3. Pour sauce over salad and mix.
