About this Recipe:
Navid: This is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to cook chicken. For this recipe, you can use any fresh herb mixture to make the marinade. Serve with grilled vegetables such as asparagus.

Main Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breast: 2 halves
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Chopped fresh herbs: 1-2 tbsp (e.g. parsley, bay leaf, lemon balm)
Paprika: 1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into 2 cm cubes.
2. To make the marinade, mix the rest of the ingredients.
3. Add chicken to the marinade mix. Seal and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
4. Thread chicken onto skewers. Keep the marinade to brush the chicken while grilling.
5. Grill for about 5-10 minutes, turning frequently.
