About this Recipe:

An easy and healthy recipe for low fat brownies without eggs and super moist. This recipe was originally published in Worry Free Treats.


Main Ingredients:

All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1.5 tsp' 1/3 cup
Unsweetened apple sauce: 1/3 cup
Canola oil: 1/4 cup
Soymilk : 2/3 cup mixed with 1 tsp vinegar


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) or to 325 F (160) for convection oven.

2. Brush a square pan 8 X 8 ( 21cm X 21cm) with cooking oil and sprinkle the bottom with flour.

3. Mix the ingredients in the order of the recipe until smooth.

4. Bake for 50 minutes or for 35 minutes in a convection oven.

5. Cool completely before cutting.
