Main Ingredients:
Black bean: 1 can Corn: 1 can Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup (or 2 medium tomatoes), diced Fresh cilantro: 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh lemon juice: 2-3 tbsp Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp Salt and black pepper: to taste Cayenne pepper: 1/4 tsp (optional)
Directions:
1. Drain the corn and beans and rinse in cold water.

personally, I didn't find this recipe the greatest. could have been the corn i used and the fact that i don't really like black beans to begin with.
