Main Ingredients:
Bananas: 4, peeled and sliced
Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped
Water: 3 cups
Onion: 1 large, finely chopped
Vegetable Stock: 1 cube
Curry Powder: 1.5 tsp
Directions:
1. Mix curry powder and vegetable stock cube with water in a large saucepan.
2. Add onion, bananas and garlic to the pan.
3. Bring it to boil and then simmer for an hour stirring occasionally.
4. Place into a liquidizer and blitz until smooth.
5. Serve and enjoy! Instead of serving with bread to dip in try it with a nan bread instead.
