About this Recipe:
Navid: Whether you call it an appetizer platter, a starter dish or even an Antipasto Italiano, it's an excellent party platter. It is usually served before the main course but certainly can be consumed as a light supper as well. You can replace these suggested ingredient with other Italian products from the specialty stores.

Main Ingredients:
Roasted Red Bell Peppers
Grilled Eggplants (marinated in vinegar and oil)
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Cheddar Cheese (or replace it with some Italian cheese)
Olives
Deli Meats (smoked turkey breasts for here)
Anchovies
Capers
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Dried Basil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1- Cut the cheese into small strips. Take each of the cheese strips with one slice sun-dried tomato and wrap a grilled eggplant around them.
2- Cut cheese into small cubes and marine them with olive oil and dried basil.
3- Place all the ingredient in a platter. Sprinkle over with capers, salt and pepper.
4- Drizzle over with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
