Navid: Whether you call it an appetizer platter, a starter dish or even an Antipasto Italiano, it's an excellent party platter. It is usually served before the main course but certainly can be consumed as a light supper as well. You can replace these suggested ingredient with other Italian products from the specialty stores.
Roasted Red Bell Peppers
Grilled Eggplants (marinated in vinegar and oil)
Cheddar Cheese (or replace it with some Italian cheese)
Deli Meats (smoked turkey breasts for here)
1- Cut the cheese into small strips. Take each of the cheese strips with one slice sun-dried tomato and wrap a grilled eggplant around them.
2- Cut cheese into small cubes and marine them with olive oil and dried basil.
3- Place all the ingredient in a platter. Sprinkle over with capers, salt and pepper.
4- Drizzle over with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
