2010 Mar 14: Azar on Artichoke omelette:
Hello Navid,I just made your suggested Artichoke omelet for Breakfast; it was a good use of my artichokes which were sitting in the freezer for a few days. I wonder if I had used fresh artichokes (if I could find any) would have promoted the taste! Thanks for the recipe, and thanks to your brother and his wife who introduced this site to my husband.cheers from Spain..................Azar

2010 Mar 07: Mariya on Butternut squash soup:
Thank you very much for the recepe!!!It is so simple, even beginners can make it.It was beyond any expectations, that something so simple(and fast!) could be so delicious! It tasted just like the one in the restaurant. I do belive, that roasting the squash brings out the hearty flavour. It's not quite the same if you boil it( so is yam), but that's what they suggest in many other recepies. Thanks again!!!

2010 Feb 28: monjela on Creamy feta cheese:
Waste of time! I followed it step by step according to the recipe by it turn out to be a yogurt & after putting it in cheesecloth it turned to strained yogurt! And whole process of straining took almost 48 hours! I think just the old fashion way of boiling the milk and adding yogurt/lemon juice or vinegar is the best! Thank you!

2010 Feb 28: Sinbad Poshingtion on Glazed meatloaf:
Me and my wife both really enjoyed the meatloaf. Although my wife said that it would give me wind so we used chicken instead of beef. We also didn't use onion or garlic or sugar or vinegar or ketchup either instead we simply grilled the chicken with some boiled veg. Delicious. Would definatly use again!
