| Hi, i would like to ask when to mix the ice cream?when melting the Jell-O in the heat or after? |
to answer above question, I myself added icecream when the strawberry jelly powder was totally mixed, so I did it after :)I just tried to make this 2 nights ago, it was really good however i think i made a mistake of putting too much vanilla ice-cream as it was a bit over-sweet! but afterall it was pretty good as my guests enjoyed it, and very pretty and extremely easy !! |

 Hi Poh Mei , you should add the ice cream after Jell-O has been totally melted in boiling water, in place of cold water if you were making the normal Jell-O. |
